1 - Your organization consistently demonstrates best practices across all 10 areas of the evaluation. Employees are satisfied in their role and consistently perform at a high level. You have a predictable organization poised for success.


2 - You have a high functioning sales culture that performs well. You consistently support the company in pursuit of its financial and organizational goals. There are a few areas for improvement identified that are holding back optimum results. 


3 - Your organization has a solid foundation but is under-performing in several key areas. These issues are causing you to miss key financial commitments and are causing challenges within your company and the marketplace.


4 - Your organization is under-performing in major areas and the foundation of your business is not strong enough to support the company goals. You need an across the board reset in order to rebuild the organization on a strong footing.
