To provide teams with a fun, interactive leadership development and communication skills training program that will aid in the overall culture of openness, communication and employee development. The training teaches the employees how to more effectively interact with each other, their co-workers, leaders, clients, vendors and other important resources in a positive and productive manner.

The Leadership and Communication Workshop is based on the core principles in my book, We Are All Sales, People published in February 2020. The book has been the foundation of training programs for businesses and individuals ever since. I am a Sr. Level Executive and Certified Leadership Coach and have delivered custom programs to various professional organizations.
The Workshop has 5 components:
These sessions are delivered over 4.5 hours of interactive in person sessions. The first session combines 1 and 2 above in 1.5 hours, followed by successive 1 hour sessions. These can be delivered in a half day workshop (best) or spread out over 4 separate sessions. It is best not to allow too much time in between sessions with the sessions being completed in less a month (ie 4x once a week). The sessions are interactive, small group, with several role plays and plenty of group discussions based on typical scenarios. The goal is a minimum of 6 attendees up to 20 with the more the better.
The goal is for all involved to improve the quality of their communication skills and relationship management for all the situations they encounter at home, work, school and in their community.
