WISE - Women in Sales Excellence

WISE - WOMEN IN SALES EXCELLENCE

Professional Sales can be a lucrative and rewarding career in the modern business world yet less than 33% of all salespeople are women. That number drops further when we look at the Sales Leadership ranks. This despite the fact that many of the best sales producers and leaders are women! Why?


In part, women have lacked access to experienced coaches and mentors to help them progress through the ranks. Data also suggests that many women hesitate reaching out for coaching for fear of being intimidated, dismissed, or judged. To help resolve this, Allyship has emerged as a formal program designed to elevate individuals that have lacked access to resources to help foster their development. My personal mission is to provide a program that helps women that are pursuing or are active in Sales and related fields to achieve maximum success. 


The WISE program (Women in Sales Excellence) is developed to work with individuals and small groups of women with a career and interest in Sales and related disciplines (Business Development, Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Marketing Associates and Leaders, Heads of Growth). 


WISE covers varied concepts from core sales skills to financial acumen to leadership development and coaching. 

In this program, we focus on high-value opportunity areas such as how to effectively ask for a raise or promotion, how to negotiate with confidence, how to be a great leader and mentor, and how to deal with difficult and intimidating people. 


Women experience the worlds of Sales and Marketing in a unique way and the ability to have access to mentorship not only from other successful women, but also people from all backgrounds and perspectives can be invaluable. It is often difficult to find resources outside of one’s own organization that provide tailored content and a specific learning environment where women can feel comfortable and confident in taking control of their own personal and professional development. 


This program offers not only formal sessions with designed topics, but also includes access to real-time coaching and mentoring sessions designed to help navigate through the daily bumps in the road that often derail the best intentions and motivations.
