6-session training program

Session 1 - We Are All Sales, People

Session 1 provides the foundational ideas of the We Are All Sales, People program. Your team will learn the core concepts of professional sales and how they apply to home, work, and school.

Session 2 - Know Yourself

It is critical in professional sales to know your product inside and out. In our personal lives, we are the product! Session 2 provides tools for understanding how you can most effectively present yourself in any communication session.

Session 3 - Sincerely Understand Others

It is great that we understand ourselves intimately in order to represent the value we bring to a relationship. That said, even more important is that we understand the other parties involved if we hope to make genuine connections. This session will provide critical insight and techniques in how to genuine understand other people. 

Session 4 - Effectively Manage Your Outcomes

Once we have established the critical foundation of knowling ourselves and understanding others, it is important to start working toward mutually beneficial outcomes. The goal in a successful sales is create a positive result for all parties involved not just ourselves. This session will provide specific strategies to arrive at exceptional results. 

Session 5 - Negotiate

It would be wonderful if everyone accepted every proposal we offer fully without objection. That's not the real world so we need to learn how to negotiate. This session takes a very formal and complex subject (negotiation) and presents it in an easy to adapt manner across all aspects of our lives. 

Session 6 - Closing

Imagine you work so hard to know your product inside and out, to intimately understand other people and seek solutions that benefit everyone involved. You remain open-minded and flexible to alternative ideas. But in the end, you never close the deal. The great vision you put forward in your personal and professional life never materials because you didn't ask for the order. In our final session, we will teach practical skills on how to go for the close!
