Create a company-wide high-performance sales culture

CORPORATE Sales Culture Audit and performance plan

Step 1: Pre-visit preparation

Brett will work with the leadership team to develop a high-level understanding of the overall current culture, performance, and resources.

Step 2: Schedule interviews

Brett will schedule up to 10 individual interviews with key staff members across the business to assess the state of the current culture and to understanding individual contributor's perspectives on a path forward.

Step 3: Employee Review of We Are All Sales, People book

Each selected employee receives a copy of Brett's book - We Are All Sales, People in order to review the core principles of the high-performing salesperson and how those skills translate into their own work lives.

Step 4: Onsite visit

Brett will spend a minimum of a day onsite conducting the interviews, talking with leaderships, reviewing key concerns, processes and opportunities, and assessing the overall state of the company's sales culture.

Step 5: Develop the Corporate Sales Culture Audit findings

Armed with the insight from the onsite visit Brett will prepare the Corporate Sales Culture Audit of key findings to share with the leadership team. These findings will be presented either remotely or in-person if appropriate.

Step 6: Deliver Sales Culture Index Rating and Report

Brett will provide an overall organizational performance ranking against the Sales Culture index (1-4). Click below to see further details.

Step 7: Sales Performance Improvement Plan

Brett will propose ideas around key topics for education and training opportunities including leadership or sales training, culture change, operations, individual team training, consulting, marketing/sales integration, and rep coaching.

Step 8 (optional): On-going Sales Improvement

If interested, Brett can personally create and deliver custom programs in support of the recommended action steps outlined from the audit and the performance improvement plan. Companies can also order copies of the book for all employees at a special rate.
