This policy takes effect when published. It describes Brett Keirstead’s data practices for BrettGPT and its dedicated pages at wereallsalespeople.com.

BrettGPT is a skills-only plugin. It has no MCP connection, external account authorization, or third-party service integration. Brett does not independently receive or retain your BrettGPT conversations, uploaded files, identity, or chat history through the plugin.

BrettGPT runs within ChatGPT. OpenAI handles information you provide there under its applicable terms, privacy notices, and user controls. This policy does not describe or change OpenAI’s data practices.

Use care before sharing confidential client information or another person’s personal information in an AI conversation.

If you voluntarily email brett@wereallsalespeople.com, Brett receives the address you use, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. Brett uses this information to understand and respond to your request, address the issue you raise, and maintain appropriate records where needed.

BrettGPT support email is hosted through Gmail/Google. Google processes email information to provide that service. Brett retains support information only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate records, or meet applicable obligations. This is separate from BrettGPT conversations, which Brett does not receive through the plugin.

Please do not send passwords, sensitive documents, or a full chat history when a short description will do.

The dedicated BrettGPT pages are hosted through GoDaddy at wereallsalespeople.com. A website visit can involve standard technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, and visit time. GoDaddy may process this information to host, deliver, secure, and operate the site.

GoDaddy Advanced Tracking is enabled for the site. It provides aggregated, anonymized website insights and helps GoDaddy assess site performance. The site displays a cookie notification with Accept and Decline choices. Visitors can decline cookie tracking through that notice and use available browser privacy controls. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not configured for this site; Brett has not identified any other third-party visitor tracking.

Brett does not set a separate retention period for information GoDaddy processes in operating the site or for Advanced Tracking data held in GoDaddy’s service. That information is handled under GoDaddy’s applicable service retention practices. Brett retains any website-related information he independently receives only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or to meet applicable obligations.

Email brett@wereallsalespeople.com to ask about this policy or request access to or deletion of information you voluntarily sent to BrettGPT support. Brett will review and respond to requests where applicable, taking reasonable steps to protect information from disclosure to someone other than the person entitled to it.

This policy may be updated as BrettGPT or the dedicated website pages change. The current version will be posted here.
